Today was Day 1 of Level 1 of Jillian's 30 Day Shred! OMG! I workout....on a pretty regular basis, but this kicked my butt! I knocked out the abs and cardio, but I really struggled with the shoulder presses and front raises. The lightest weights I have are 5 pounders, so I stuck with those for the entire workout on all the weighted sets. I'm going to feel this tomorrow!
I'll be going to zumba tonight at 5:15 too just to boost my cardio a little....swimsuit season is right around the corner!!
